Unauthorised transaction on my debit card?

Dear Sir, I have serious complain about the attached transactions debited to my debit card account, the transactions are neither done by me, nor am authorized for such transactions. If this is system glitch, kindly check and correct, I have attached the list of transactions which are not done by me even though debited to my account. Request to take it priority basis.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please get in touch with your home branch and handover a written complaint under acknowledgement.  Trust, you have not divulged your debit card, account & confidential details to some vishing or smishing calls.  If the transactions took place in secured environs, the Bank may not accede to your request.
