Complaint - Wrong payment?

I am a customer of  your bank credit card from 2015. Recently I found that on 17/1/16, I have been charged 572.92 for mem renewal fee incl st and  your bank. I am not aware of such transaction. Also when I am trying to speak with customer service regarding this, after long wait during call, the call getting disconnected.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I cannot comment on the issue as the recovery of annual charges. This would have been recovered as per the terms stipulated by the bank while issuing the credit card and in all probability you might have accepted the same without proper understanding. I suggest you to take up with Nodal Officer of the bank pointing out discrepancies if any with regard to the terms under which you were issued the credit card. You may also seek waiver of the annual charges. The Nodal Officer would interact with the bank's Product Team and revert to you giving factual position.
