Money debited but no money received from ATM?

I am an account holder of  your bank, Salar brach, code 1721. my account number is XXXXXXXXXX5213 On 03-03-2016, I inserted my bank card in ATM but got the mobile message of Rs 7000/ deducted and the screen displayed "temporarily the machine unable to dispense money". got no receipt .I contacted my bank authority with written complaint.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Do keep pursuing with your home branch regarding the disputed cash withdrawal from the ATM.  Let the bank branch investigate the matter, based on their journal, switch, CCTV recording etc and revert to you.  If you are not satisfied with their response, you may choose to complain to BO.  For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/.
