Not submitting money of montly account money?

There is an uncle of post who is constantly arguing and not filling the monthly money that is be be paid and telling that the time is over iam telling that they haven't told or given any notification that it gets closed on 11am and telling do whatever you want to do is this the right way to talk !!! My complaint is to teach him a lesson that after getting that punishment he won't do it again that's all I have to say!!!

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Not really sure, as to the complaint is against whom.  The mail presentation is very confusing.  If you want to teach a lesson to the person, who seems to be not helping you out, do complain to the right authority.
