Respected Sir, I have salary accounti was talk 5-6 times with SBI customer care representative but they were not properly responded and finally, i just talk with Ms. Priyanka. see talk with me very rudely and immaturely . I want to register complaint for amount which was deducted from my account and there were not proper responded for my complaint and even not register after 5-6th times calls.

Dear Jignesh

Customer Care people would not be able to clarify all the transactions, since they have limited options in browsing your account. If you have not initiated the debit, it could be towards certain charges by bank.  Please approach the respective branch with a written request seeking details of the debit, which the bank is required to clarify you.  Post the debit information from the bank, if the debit was not authorized / inappropriate, you should ask the bank for reversal of the same.  Since now all the banks are on Core banking system, you can approach any nearby branch for the clarification.
