I have my credit card into your bank.I have my payment due and I have paid all the dues..still my amount is not updated from past 1 week and my a count is also debited with 5000 I keep calling bank customer care but they are transferring one department to other department no proper answer I have receive .please help me regarding this issue.

HI Anshika

Please send the details of the payment made to the credit card controlling department with copy to their credit card complaint cell for redressal. This you may do by sending mail and also sending hard copy to the controlling office for redressal.
