Money not debited but deducted from account?

Sir I tried to withdraw Rs 1800 from ATM money was not DEBITED but amt was deducted from my  Bank account  on 17 sep 2015.my home branch and I am now in Delhi.it has been 15 days nd I m continuously complaining but getting no response.plz solve my cimplain as soon as possible

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator, which may please be noted.

If the money is not disbursed / dispensed but your account is debited, you are required to approach your base branch of the bank with a written complaint.  Please obtain an acknowledgement.  If you are not in a place, wherein your home branch is located, you may handover the complaint to any of the nearest branch of the bank, who would in turn, initiate appropriate measures.
