RD amount not credited?

Question

I placed a request on 30th Sep, 2015 to close an I wish goal(Flexible RD) but even after 4 days amount was not credited.I called customer care several times but they just keep on delaying this. Finally yesterday someone took manual request to close it and promised amount shall be credited by today evening but still amount is not credited. When I called CC they again said tomorrow. Please help. I need money urgently for an operation

Dear Azarudding

Since you are in urgent need of the money, the better course is to meet the branch manager in person, explain him the necessity and ask for immediate credit of the RD amount into your account.  It is your money and the bank can not delay the closure.  Do speak to the right person in the Bank.
