Default Every Month Wrongly Debit Saving A/c?

I am a saving account holder of Bank UIT Branch Bikaner and I am writing to inform you that every month your bank debited Rs 200.00 on 30th and Rs 200.00 on 1st of particular month from saving A/c As per telephonic conversation with your bank I came to know that it was deposited in my FRD A/c of Rs 200 Each. But Sir, I already closed these FRDs from Bank in the first week of April month and Bank closed it and transfers the FRD amount in my Saving A/c. Now why you debit the same? Your Bikaner UIT Branch Manager do not listen complain as I am telling from last 3-4 months.
I Request you to please check and credit the same in my saving a/c and close the FRD’s which is still not closed. Please look into this matter as earliest.

Hi Seema,

I believe you are speaking about Axis Bank (its old name was UTI Bank). After deducting the amount wrongly, is the Bank recrediting the amount to your Savings bank account ever month (which is happening for the last 3 / 4 months) ? In any case, since the branch is not responding you, please follow the below steps :-

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online furnishing the details.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)
