At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

What I understand from the communication sent by your Bank, is about not disclosing personal details like account number, debit/credit card number, PIN or passwords on the public forums I.e. At places those are accessible to other customer/public in general. It is nothing but a caution to protect the interest of the customers. You may also get details of the communication from your branch. You may visit the branch or contact the branch officials for further clarification in this regard.
