Unnecessary charges the bank?

My account bank this bank cheat me any time any reason charges for my account and deduct my balance my account number  and my name is saba khan AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS FOR AUG2015 chrges 171.00 AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS FOR JUL2015 charges 684.00 IPIN REGEN CHRGS FOR 22072015 220715 chrges 40.14 IPIN REGEN CHRGS FOR 22072015 220715 charges 73.86 AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS FOR JUN2015 charges 684.00 AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS FOR MAY2015 charges 674.16 register emailplz give the salutation and refunds my money

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

It seems, the bank has been levying various charges on your account, since the required ''Average Balance'' is not being maintained.  This is a general practice of the banks, unless your account got opened under any special scheme / salary / corporate / company agreement and arrangement.  If you have a salary account, may bring this to the notice of the company and ask them to take it up with the Bank.  Else, a formal written complaint be given to the Bank requesting for refunding the charges, which have been deducted from the account.  If the bank's response is not to your satisfaction, may further take it up, as per the process given hereunder.

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)
