Banking/general bankingSir/Mam, I have opened an Saving Bank Account in Bank before last 10 month account number xxxxxxxxxx6290 in Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojna but still passbook and debit card pin number not provided to me, sir/mam i request to you please help me in that kind of problem, I am troubling from bank services. Mr Lalit,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards passbook and debit card PIN not provided, please escalate the issue to nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates (contact) would be available on the Bank's website. Since you have already followed up with the branch officials, you need to escalate the issue for resolution.
