R Wallet recharge failed on 25.11.2015?

Sir, while recharging online of R Wallet Rs. 200/- transaction failed and amount of Rs. 211.45 debited from bank account on 25.11.2015 at 16:46 Hrs. Please arrange to refund of Rs. 211.45 which was not credited to R Wallet account  or my bank account till now.

Dear Moti

First of all, need to ensure from R Wallet that they were not in receipt of your online recharge amount.  Since your account is debited with the bank along with taxes etc., the amount would have been passed on to R Wallet.  Based on the response from R Wallet, you may further take it up with the Bank for refund.
