Provogue watch As promised on the home page of the net banking site of the bank i had logged in via internet banking and also carried out a transaction but received no promo code for the watch. On asking at the Bank branch about the same, the employees paid no attention towards my complaint and said " woh toh bohot logo ko nahi milta".

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

You must be aware that each and every offer comes with a caveat 'Conditions Apply" . This is across the board. I guess you would have transacted only after understanding all the terms and conditions of the offer. There is no point in wasting time arguing with branch/phone banking officials. Instead, if you are sure about your claim, you may write to Nodal Officer of your bank through email or letter. You can find contact details of Nodal Officer from your bank's website
