Complaint Mutual fund?

I have invested Rs 125000 through banks mutual fund account investment services account offered through net banking fund was invested on other brazil fund on 30/12/2015 2.01 pm afternoon. But so far the investment has not been realised by the AMC as a proof am submitting the transaction confirmation received from hdfc bank You have placed the following order in your Bank Online Mutual Fund Account: Order type -Subscription Fund Name  Brazil Fund Growth Date of Order -31-DEC-15 Time Of Order -30-DEC-2015 02:01 PM Amount -125000 Units -0  Here the fund invested is still resting with bank it has not reached respective AMC hsbc mutual fund kindly help me in this issue i was in an immediate need actually the money was given to me by my father he need some amount but even without realisation how can i redeem kindly help me in this issue
