Non - availability of leased line connection?

Sir, We have been informed by our Rajnagar at Gadi Branch, Bhadrak that the lease line connectivity is not available there since last 15 days. We have contacted your local BSNL SDO and he said that there is cable theft issue due to which they are unable to restore regular service. Banking service is being seriously affected. We request you to restore the normal Services immediately.

From the issue, we understand that it is a Police case (not a Banking transaction case). The concerned Bank must have adopted some other alternative course of action.
