Bank is not closing my credit card no. XXXXXXXXXXX7075(Customer ID 841529670) Vikas Kumar Mangolia.All the dues are paid not even provide me the NOC & Card Cancellation letter. Request please provide the same

Dear Vikas,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Have you requested the bank for issuing a letter of acknowledgement confirming surrender of credit card and all your dues stand cleared? If not, make a formal request. There will be no reason for the bank not obliging you in the normal course. If you face any hurdles, you may take up with Nodal Officer of the bank for the needful. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website.
