Branch Manager Indecent behaviour?

I went to bank open a savings bank account.. The branch manager told me that to go to Akshaya and fill the application form online and come. I went there filled the application.. I was unable to take print out as bank site was too slow.. Unable to download.. I received message to phone stating to go to bank with TARN number and kyc documents to open account. As per message I went there bank manager a lady told me to take print out and come. She also behaved very rudely to me.. Told me that she can't open my account without print out...Also she asked me to go out..Very bad behaviour.. She didn't even have Tim to listen to me even..Security asked me to go out..Is this how you treat customer??I want strict action to be taken against her And she should apologize to me for her indicent behaviour and my account opened immediately ..

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Whatever you stated is a matter of serious concern, since Bank officials are not expected to behave that way.  You may bring the matter of insensitive behaviour of bank officials to the senior management / nodal officer, whose details you can find on their website.  I'm sure, the bank would take cognizance and reprimand their branch, while facilitating opening of your account.
