Sir, I am customer.. Am gng withdrawal 4000 money in statement atm.. Bt money it's not coming in Dat atm..bt slip are show money withdraw..And we are gone to complaint in bank.. Totally we are confused.. Bcz they are told go to .. And that also told to contact your branch bank not responsible for my money

Hi Radii,

Your complaint has to be registered with ICICI Bank, not with State Bank even though the ATM belongs to SBI. Submit your complaint in writing (with duplicate) to the nearest branch of ICICI Bank and obtain the acknowledgement. If you do not receive this service / reply from ICICI Bank to your satisfaction, you may lodge the complaint with the Banking Ombudsman.
