Income Deducted from Pension and not issuing Certificate TDS?

Sir My name is Daya Ram Patel I.T. deducted from my pension Rs 8275/= and not remitted to I.T.Department.Resulted recovery of tax against me. I have requested orally as well as written to the Bank not get TDS yet. So requesting to resolve my problem.

Mr Patel,

 

You can check whether TDS is reflecting in 26AS statement available on the Income Tax website. If the credit of TDS is appearing in your PAN account, you may escalate the matter to the nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates (contact) would be available on the website of the Bank. If the matter is not resolved by nodal officer within a reasonable time period, you may approach Banking Ombudsman for resolution of the matter.
