ATM cant give money but debited from account.?

Dear Sir, I want you help please help me, On 6/11/2015 I was withdrawl 10000Rs from Bank  ATM sangamner but due to uncertain dispense money not received me and my account balance is debited at the same time. I was complaint in bank and give me a reply your complaint is rejected then again bank sent request for cctv footage but footage is received after 20days and in this footage very bad images are seen. Bank dont know right way for this situation they just mail to mumbai and waiting for reply. but sir my financial position is very poor I need money urgently this is not small amount sir. Please sir help me. . Regards, AJAY KALE. .

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Unless your bank can prove that you indeed collected the cash dispensed by the ATM, you can persist with claim. You may give an ultimatum to the bank to resolve the matter within 10 days. Please write to Nodal Officer of your bank through email or letter, explaining everything in detail. Please mention that if the issue is not resolved within 10 days you will escalate the matter to Banking Ombudsman. 

You can find contact details of Nodal Officer on the bank's website. For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/
