Hi - I am just annoyed account services - My Money Manager; I do not even know what it is. I never subscribed for this service and they charged me Rs.343.50 without any prior notice.bank has affected my trust on them. Please unsubscribe me from My Money service and reverse pay back my money Annual Fee DEC15-Nov . This is completely unacceptable and please refunds my amount back. This is not fair at all. How can we trust such a bank?

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Let me assure you that your bank has no authority to debit your account without your express mandate. If your account has been debited, it means you have authorised the bank. The mandate could have been in writing or accepting the terms and conditions on the relevant web portal. 

If you are certain you have not authorised such a debit, please take up with the Nodal Officer of your bank  through letter or email. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website. 

If your grievance is legitimate and the same is not addressed to your satisfaction within 30 days, you can escalate the matter to the Banking Ombudsman for redressel. 

For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/
