Loan document?

I would like to inform you that as per bank taking personal loan but still right now no document providing like final emi paper & process document medical claim also taking but no document after six month completed every month taking emi.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Your complaint lacks clarity. I am unable to figure out if your case is that you have taken the loan and EMIs are being debited  but you have not been provided with copies of the loan documents. You cannot stop payment of EMI merely because the bank has not given you copies of loan documents.

You should write to you bank demanding copies of loan documents and also the status with regard to insurance, as may be relevant/applicable to your case. Give 15 days for compliance. If not received, you may escalate your complaint to the Nodal Officer of the bank for resolution. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website.
