Transaction failed in cash deposit machine but money goes into the machine?

My name is durga prasad, cash deposit machine on 22oct 2015 9.45pm. I had entered 500 rupees into the cash cabin after verification of money, i got an error transaction failed, contact branch manager.And notes verification failed. The same i got as an receipt form also

Dear Durga Prasad

Error / any failure of Cash Deposit in machine, should be taken up instantly with the branch manager / officials.  You mentioned that you contacted the branch manager and probably the cash verification was done and no difference was found.  However, the data in your mail is not full to infer the facts.
