Non transfer of amount (Rs. 200) which was deducted without recharge on 12th nov 2015?

My mobile was not recharge with massage of transaction error during recharging.Still amount of Rs 200 was deducted on 12th Nov2015 with cheque My saving account nn XXXXXXXXXXX2217.According to paytm customer care it is pending with BANK. It was deducted with narration -paytm mobile solution.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted. 

Please write to your branch stating debit of the amount without receiving credit of equivalent amount of recharge on your mobile. If the funds are lying with the Bank, you will get credit back in your account automatically or based on your complain. You may also escalate the issue to nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates (contact) would be available on the Bank's website. If you do not get resolution to your complain within a reasonable period, you may approach banking ombudsman for resolution of issue.
