Money debited from ATM?

I visited bank in bangalore HSR Layout for withdrawing money, due to some technical reasons my money has been debited but i didnt got money and got a message saying transaction got failed. Amount debited was 10K.North Boag road branch, chennai Please consider this as high priority and resolve it ASAP Regards James

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

If it is a failed ATM cash withdrawal, the amount debited would get reversed automatically.  However, if it does not happen, you should be complaining to your home branch in writing, duly enclosing the slip, which depicts the transaction as failed.  The branch would ensure that the amount is reversed, if not genuinely dispensed.
