Dear Sir/Madam, I tried removing 500 Rs. from Bank ATM (Bhayander). But i did not got the money and 500 Rs. was deducted from my Account. So how can i get my money back & whom shall i contact? I hope You will help me in getting my money back. And hope will reply on the same Thanking You Yours Faithfully

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please get in touch with your home branch and handover a written letter under acknowledgement.  You need to await bank's revert, since they would check their records / CCTV recording, if available.  Do keep in touch with relative official of the bank / branch manager.
