Mr Tariq,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

Please immediately call Phone Banking Centre of your bank and register a complaint for restoration of SMS services for your banking transactions. Alternatively, you can visit your home branch, explain the situation for a quick remedy. SMS alerts are very important to know the financial and even non financial transactions happening in your account. Therefore, it is unwise to leave the matter unattended for long. It should not turn out that your mobile number has been changed in your account without your knowledge with fraudulent  intention.

Regards
