Harassment of employees?

Hi, I am writing this to put the hardships we employees undergo in bank I work. I am made to sit late at office around 10pm sometimes more. I am not paid any incentives, no conveyance charges, also sent out to do business but without conveyance charges I find it hard to manage. The seniors behavior is also not good he keeps shouting at every staff if there is a lack of business and forcefully make us put our money into the business. This is the case of every employee if this was my case alone then I would have left but leaving the organization doesn't save the others please help us regarding this issue. If we were to work extra hours then make sure we earn additional wages for it. Thank you

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards your query, I have full sympathy with you for the hardship faced by you and others. This site is designed to respond to queries related to the deficiency in the customer service or service related issues. Your issue is labour related that has to be taken up with your HR department or Controlling Authority for resolution. If there is a whistle blower policy in your organisation, you can raise this issue as a Whistle Blower. Your name will be kept confidential by the Whistle Blower Complain Committee and matter would be resolved by passing on suitable instructions to the branch.
